Responsibilities
- Draft Legal Notices/reply in Recovery/Non recovery matters
- Initiate & handle Sec 138, Arbitration, SARFAESI Proceedings or any other recovery proceedings depending on the transaction for Pan India cases
- To visit police stations as and when required
- To represent the cases filed by the company and against Company
- Filing civil suit or execution cases for enforcement of award
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge & expertise in SARFAESI, Arbitration, DRT, IBC, 138 processes & practices
- Understanding of Retail Mortgage product - HL & LAP AND Consumer loan/personal loans etc
- Well-versed with the laws related to recovery
