We're looking for Associated Product Managers who can help improve the way the product team gathers requirements & emphasize on driving impact rather than will.
Skills required:
- Candidate must be Post-graduate.
- Pan India experience to handle field as well in-house tele calling.
- Ability to develop teams across India.
- Good in collection analysis skill & strategy.
- Good knowledge about dialer set up , IVR set up , Digital collection infra.
- Collection experience should be in unsecured loans mainly CD loan & PL.
- Good excel skill & knowledge about data data segmentation.
- Ability to work with the IT team & help development of collection dashboard.
