This key role will report to the CEO and have high visibility at senior levels of the company including business heads. The executive assistant will work directly with C-Level executives and be responsible for performing several administrative duties. Who You Need To Be? - 3- 6 years Executive Administrative experience, preferably in the Financial Services or Management (Fintech) industries. - Any Graduate or MBA/CA with Finance from a reputed college. - Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, able to prepare high impact materials. - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). - Highly organized with strong attention to detail; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. - Exceptional verbal and written communications skills. - Ability to juggle multiple assignments and prioritize effectively; demonstrates sense of urgency. - High degree of professionalism and reacts well under pressure.
