Key Responsibilities:


The Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Analytics Manager is responsible for overseeing Supply Chain Finance (SCF) analytics activities:


- COGS analysis and variances


- Transfer pricing analysis


- Mark up calculation and variances across legal entities.


- Analyse the reasons for unassigned Product/Customer/Brand in COGS and drive actions to minimize this and improve the quality of SKU/Brand profitability.


- Analyse and monitor the Factory overheads compared to Budget.


- Analyse the capital expenditures and compare with Budgets.


- This role will work in partnership with central and local finance teams.


- The role will be responsible to identify the root causes of the issues based on the analysis performed.


- This role will then drive process and system improvements to fix the issues working closely with process excellence team.


- This role will work very closely with Month End close and Management Reporting teams as well to ensure the accuracy of Month End Management Reports.


- Further over the time, this role will expand into Management Reporting analytics covering Gross Margin variance analysis


Skills & Experiences:


- Strong understanding of financial accounting and cost accounting, including exposure to product costing, actual costing, material ledger and transfer pricing


- Experience running supply chain finance operations and analytics (Product Costing, Actual Costing, Transfer Pricing) in SAP (S/4 HANA version) is required.


- Strong knowhow of S4 HANA ways of working for complex financial transactions


- Understanding of the Operating Model


- Clarity on Intercompany Workflows and Processes


- Proficient with the Microsoft Office package


- Strong attention to detail, excellent Project management and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize work to meet deadlines.


- Transformation mindset: demonstrated ability to work with ambiguity, lead change, solve problems and improve processes.


- Business Partnering Skills with customer focus.


Professional Qualification / Experience:


- CWA/CA/MBA equivalent qualification with 8-10 years of Finance experience in equivalent organization at least one other global organization with similar industry


- Strong Working knowledge in SAP (S/4 Hana version) in the CO Module.


- Working experience in business operations


- Experience of landing major projects


- Working knowledge in running operations in SAP sub modules of Product Costing, Actual Costing, Material Ledger and Transfer Pricing


- Knowledge of Forecasting Supply Chain Cost


- Standard Costing & Actual Costing Experience in S4 Hana
