Candidate Profile :

- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience - start-up experience would be a plus.

- Ability to quickly learn from new technology trends and having technical degree from reputed schools

- Excelled as a product manager or solution architect or in a similar role.

- Ability to lead team and co-ordinate with vendors

- Should be visionary - should be able to take the product to the next level

- Should be extremely motivated

Skill set :

- Capability to customize and scale IT part of solution

- Experience with large scale system designs involving mobile and cloud

- Past startup/entrepreneurial experience is a huge plus

Compensation : This position offers a combination of equity + cash salary
