Line Lead - Production - Formulations/OSD - Blister Machines/ Packaging/Liquid

We are looking for an Engineer(B.Pharm / B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech) with hands-on experience in a USFDA / EU -approved Pharmaceutical company.

A pharmaceutical FDA/HPRA manufacturing environment is preferable.

Location: Ireland

1. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within the Production function.

2. Experience in operating a high-speed blister machine / Packaging / Liquid

Report to the Shift Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meet production schedule on a daily and weekly basis.

2. Communicate and record downtime or production stoppages to maintenance and your supervisor.

3. Ensure all materials and equipment is available for the line to run smoothly.

4. Organise efficient line clearances, review cleaning logs, and sign accordingly.

Communicate to people on the line - daily targets.

5. Manufacture/pack product to GMP / regulatory standards as outlined in company documentation.

6. Accurate completion of all necessary documentation, and review of work orders prior to sign-off.

7. Carry out IPC checks as outlined in company documentation.

8. Ensure machines/equipment are maintained and working correctly.

9. Carry out minor machine/equipment adjustments as appropriate.

10. Clean machines/work areas in accordance with standard operating procedures.

11. Assist with training as required by carrying out "on the job" training with process operators.

12. Assist in the preparation of new and review of existing procedures.

13. Attainment of targets relevant to the work center.

14. Adherence to health and safety procedures.

15. Ensure compliance with documented procedures and GMP requirements as outlined in company procedures.

16. Maintenance of hygiene/housekeeping standards in the production area.

17. Comply with terms and conditions outlined in your contract of employment.
