LimeTray counts very successful internet entrepreneurs as its angel investors along with Matrix Partners.   - Talent is the driving force behind LimeTray`s growth and we are looking to hire a Senior Manager in Human Resources Function to drive overall people strategy in alignment with company`s goals and contribute towards making LimeTray a great place to work.   You would be working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to spearhead and execute multiple projects and initiatives involving ( but not limited to) following -   Employee Engagement :   - Design and lead the quarterly engagement charter for the employees  - Lead career conversations, facilitate leadership connect and motivate employees through innovative Rewards & Recognition programs  - Run Annual Employee Delight Survey to assess and quantify overall engagement level/score and create action plan to improve the score YOY in alignment with Business Heads  - Drive LimeTray`s Employer Value Proposition with a key focus on employer branding activities   Performance Management :   - Drive performance management, talent management, progression and talent review planning across functions as per HR calendar  - Drive Goal Setting process in alignment with business objectives   - Implement annual increment and performance bonus and ensuring the same is aligned to the budget  Business Partnering :   - Track trends in employee concerns / behaviour and proactively address them  - Gather feedback through various forums such as FGDs,1-1s, Skip Level and Pulse Surveys to ensure retention of top talent and gauge vulnerability through regular contact program  - Facilitate Monthly Managerial One on Ones across functions and analyse the data month-on-month for this to regularly keep a track of employee engagement levels  Learning and Development :   - Anchored Development Plans for senior management in line with the succession planning  - Chart Career Plans for managers and support to identify development needs linked to career  - Identify areas for developing functional capability linked to organization priorities  HR Processes and Policies: Communication and Compliance  - Ensure effective employee on-boarding and induction to give an objective view of the organization culture and work ethic to the new joiners  - Conduct Exit Interviews to facilitate smooth off boarding and analyze exit data to generate relevant insights  - Drafting of policies, process documents, and HR SOPs and ensure business compliance and employment guidelines norms, front ending disciplinary investigations. Ensure 100% closure of HR SLAs   - Query resolution and continuous communication to internal stakeholders on all policies; providing clarity on policy interpretation and guidance on implementation. Aiding creation of FAQs for quick resolution  Qualification :   - 2-4 years of experience in a Business Partnering role or an HR Generalist Profile with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management  - Master's degree in Human Resources is not mandatory   Skill Set :   - Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at different levels of the organization to cater to business needs.   - Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, negotiation skills & stakeholder management.   - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   - Ability to facilitate positive work environment  Salary Offered: 10 - 12 LPA
