Purpose of the Role: As the Lead for Talent Acquisition, you will own the entire recruitment life cycle for all hiring initiatives at LimeTray. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and you will be responsible for identifying and attracting best in class talent for both technology and business roles. Reporting in to the Founders, this is a ground floor opportunity for designing and implementing innovative TA initiatives for a fast growing, global SaaS organization. Core Responsibilities : Leading a team of 2-3 recruiters, you will be responsible for : - Guiding hiring managers in creating effective and impactful hiring collaterals - Build efficient sourcing channels for each position group by leveraging job boards, social media, vendors and campus connects - As an individual coordinator own all Leadership hiring for the organization, including identifying critical positions and creating internal and external bench strength for the same - Motivate and guide the talent acquisition team in their daily responsibilities, set priorities and own their output - Focus on metrics like Time to Hire, Cost of Hiring and Source Mix and suggest process improvements to improve the same - Standardize and improve selection processes by training hiring managers on assessment criteria, interviewing techniques and publishing relevant dashboards for the leadership team. Desired Skills and Experience : - 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast growing organizations/ business units with at least 200+ people - 2+ years of experience in managing teams or in a business partnering role - Must have prior experience in managing multiple stakeholders - Must have strong communication and presentation skills - Would prefer candidates with exposure to talent analytics Qualifications : - Graduation mandatory. MBA preferred - Additional certifications like DISC, Thomas Profiling will be an added advantage
