Your charter will be to drive user growth, with a keen eye on LTV/CAC. Our ambition is to grow the business (measured by NMV) 5x over the next 18m, and then double it again over the next 12m. You will be a key driver in this ambition. You will have use of and access to all possible Marketing Operations channels to deliver this through a combination of deep user understanding, data segmentation, and supply matched to channels matched to promotions matched to communications.

- You will be keenly involved in creating a highly motivated team, with a high growth mindset.
- You will use the disciplined best practices of MIS, daily standups, action trackers, but most importantly ensure a culture of high speed drivers and bar raisers. On Day1, you will have a team of 15 people covering Demand Planning & Analytics, Paid Marketing Operations, Retention Operations and a growing Social Media Mgmt team. You will be supported by the Supply team, Creative & Category Editorial teams and finance.
CTC : [to be discussed]
One off bonus : 50-200% of CTC, should you be able to bring the upside we are seeking in Growth.
Role reports to the CEO.
