Job Description: We are looking for a talented manager in Digital Marketing with growth hacking skills in performance marketing (online paid marketing) to join our team. This role will be a critical role in strategizing, executing, and managing campaigns across all digital marketing platforms and showcase a high-performing funnel. You will work with our business team and partner with them to improve stakeholder engagement. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools could add value to business strategy and performance. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to revenue and growth through creating and maintaining a long-term vision and strategy in focus. Duties: - Formulate, execute and manage the overall campaigns for all digital channels, so as to achieve the desired audience reach and targets. - Drive impact on revenue and market share growth: customer life cycle management and building marketing capability and spend Track -and -measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns - Manage a gamut of marketing activities (SEO/ SEM/ PPC/ Google ad-words/ Display/ Remarketing/ Social Media Marketing/ Viral marketing/ Content marketing/ Email marketing/ SMS marketing/ WhatsApp marketing/ Influencer marketing/ building communities) including campaign management, keywords targeting, optimization based on data-driven strategies, etc. - Expertise and significant experience in digital marketing management - Accelerating customer acquisition, improving customer retention, and optimizing the user funnel. Expertise in creating and analyzing persona. And create personalized ads and strategies for the same. - Drive end-to-end user lifecycle journey through various acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. - Drive new product development for user interactions. - Strategise & plan to build community on interest groups. - Monitoring & developing digital marketing strategy of the corporate portfolio. - Conceptualizing & implementing various online media platform trends and adopt them.
