Job Responsibilities - Collecting requisite information from respective departments, verifying the same and preparing Investor data. - Gathering Industry and Peer information from various sources and preparing & Analyzing Industry / Peer data on various Financial and Operational parameters. - Assisting immediate supervisor in identifying new business stream and understating the impact of the same on the future Business Plan. - Updating and tracking Business Plan on regular basis and updating immediate supervisor in case of any red flags compared to Estimated Plan. - Maintaining and presenting key regulatory, operational and financial ratios; updating and circulating Management Dashboard, Corporate Presentation; supporting preparation of Financial Statements and preparing Monthly Review Presentation on monthly basis or as and when required. - Collaborate on key inter-department projects Job Skills & Qualification - Action and results oriented Self starter MBA in Finance or CA or CFA (USA) - 1-2 years of relevant experience with NBFC / NBFC MFI or Equity research or Investment Banking - Understanding of Financial Ratios esp. used in BFSI space - Proficiency in MS Excel and PPT - Excellent Analyzing skills and eye for detail
