Position: City Head

Location: New Delhi

Reports to: Founder

Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented City Head to lead our operations in [City]. As the City Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire business operations within the city, driving growth, and ensuring that monthly targets are met. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our projects, managing the team, and reporting directly to the Founder.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

- Oversee all day-to-day operations within the city, ensuring seamless execution of outdoor space design and build projects.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, project managers, and other relevant staff to ensure high performance and collaboration.

- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other external stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.

Business Development:

- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to keep the business competitive and innovative.

Financial Management:

- Take ownership of the city's P&L, ensuring profitability and efficient use of resources.

- Set, monitor, and achieve monthly revenue and profit targets in alignment with company goals.

- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure that all financial objectives are met.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and present detailed monthly reports on business performance, project progress, and financial outcomes to senior management.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making at the management level.

Team Building and Development:

- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to retain and develop top talent.

- Implement training and development programs to enhance team skills and performance.

- Address any operational challenges or conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

- Ensure all operations comply with legal regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

- Maintain high standards of quality in all projects, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- 7+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the construction, architecture, or design industry.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing sales and operations.

- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
