To define and develop analytical solutions for improving business decisions in pricing and promotional analytics for all business units (BU) of Landmark Group (LMG) in Gulf and India. Advise business teams on a wide range of issues across varied functions-Marketing, Pricing, Operations

- Build knowledge base and disseminate information on applications of variety of analytical techniques across varied functions. Build robust pricing models using advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to track key pricing KPIs, build leadership dashboards in visualisation tools

- Work on assessing pricing processes in alignment with business imperatives and business sales strategy through data diagnostics and gap analysis. Designing and implementing pricing strategy, pricing diagnostics leading to positive impact on top line and bottom line

Work on recommending and deploying process improvements and enablers with best in class KPIs and proactive communication with stakeholders to gather business requirements from multiple sources i.e. product managers, data science and data engineering teams, and functional group members. Leverage functional and analytical expertise to design a solution to address ongoing problems.

- Be responsible for generating actionable recommendations well-supported by quantitative analysis to help our business team address their ongoing problems. Present analytic findings & opportunities for improvement to senior management and summarise key findings, and aid in the dissemination of metrics throughout the organisation

- Understand the business problem and the key drivers that influence it from a data point of view. Provide insights in a usable format to support management decisions and drive efficiencies

Job Responsibilities

- Manage stakeholder expectations and understand the business problem from their point of view. Translate business requirements to analytical solutions and key usable deliverable formats - Work independently taking ownership of complete solutions and deliverable

Desired skills and experience:

- Master's degree in any quantitative discipline or MBA.

- At-least 10-12 years of hands-on modeling and analytics related experience

- Technical mastery in tools and technologies such as SAS, SQL, R/Python, QlikView

- Experience in Pricing and Promotion analytics & Market Mix Modelling (MMM)

- Knowledge of analytical techniques such as Linear Regression, Logistics Regression, Cluster analysis, Market Basket analysis, Decision Tress, Linear Optimization etc. required

- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills required

- Strong MS office skills and data visualization competence

- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment

- Should have worked on engagements that require interpreting findings & extracting insights

- Retail domain experience is a plus

- Open to Travel (up to 20%) on need basis
