Role Summary Manage implementation of VM standards for the concerned region&nbsp; Key Job Responsibilities -&nbsp; VM Planning and Implementation - Align with Corporate VM on the planogram and VM calendar for the season launch - Manage execution of the planogram and window kit in one mock store and roll out the same subsequently for other stores across the region - Review and provide feedback on the planogram to the relevant stakeholders - Participate in planogram reviews and implement corrective actions based on feedback - Drive standard checklists to ensure VM standards are maintained across all stores in the region - Plan for non - trading and visual props and ensure their timely availability in alignment with Corporate VM - Conduct competitor analysis and market surveys for trends and ideas to improve customer conversions and share the same - Align with Corporate VM on the VM new store kit - Manage execution of all aspects relating to store elevation and visual elements of new stores - Coordinate with Retail NSO and store operations team to ensure store readiness - Analyze ROS and recommend required changes to merchandise display in consultation with the relevant stakeholders - Provide estimates for expenses and take approvals on the same prior to implementing VM activities - Evaluate and build vendors for the region - Track vendor performance with relation to timelines and expected quality standards and share the same - Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders for all vendor related payments - Manage the generation of MIS, analyze and share the same with relevant stakeholders - Train the store operations team on VM display standards People Management - Select the right team members - Set expectations and give regular feedback to team - Provide adequate support and motivate the team to deliver on the job - Guide, coach, train and develop the team
