Role Summary

- Manage the regional delivery and roll out of new stores, complete renovations and requirements of existing stores.

Key Job Responsibilities

- New Store Project Execution

- Prepare and submit the SDR of new stores to the relevant stakeholders

- Coordinate with the developer on the LOA and lease deliverables as per the agreed timelines and standard requirements

- Prepare a store specific schedule in alignment with the master project delivery schedule to start and complete the project on time (incorporating the developer scope of work and Lifestyle appointed vendor deliverables)

- Understand the store layout and design aspects of the new stores from the design teams

- Review the design pack along with BOQ (civil, MEP, HVAC and firefighting), PO, site condition and SDR and share feedback on variations to the relevant stakeholders

- Obtain the approved material sample boards from the vendor and ensure adherence to the sample boards at site without deviation

- Initiate work at site

- Share project progress updates and schedule tracker at regular intervals to the corporate execution team and take required actions to address deviations

- Oversee adherence to the coding sheet as obtained from the corporate team

- Provide justifications in case of variations from the coding sheet and ensure approvals are obtained

- Work with retail operations, IT, marketing and VM on their deliverables to ensure adherence to project schedules

- Manage the commercial aspects of project execution (obtaining quotes for non-tender items, processing advance bills and final bills within timelines and assisting capex closure)

- Follow through to ensure a snag free handover of the new store to the regional retail team as per defined timelines and quality standards

- Share the market price of each site activity, material and vendor prices

- Adhere to the new store closure process as per defined norms

- Perform periodic quality checks with reference to work deliverables and materials used at work and take required actions (work in progress and post completion of each activity)

Existing Store Project Execution

- Prepare detailed schedule incorporating renovation scope phase wise in collaboration with the shop fitting manager and the renovation manager

- Obtain approval from the retail team on the schedule and scope

- Study the existing store layout and share all relevant details, snaps, feasibility check details and measurements with the deign team to initiate the design process for renovation

- Share quotes for BOQs as per agreed rates with the corporate execution team

- Adhere to the renovation closure process as per defined norms

- Follow through to ensure snag free handover of the renovated store to the regional retail /concept team as per defined timelines and quality standards

Vendor Management

- Identify, assess and share the vendor details for empanelment

- Define the vendor scope of work and deliverables

- Manage the vendors to deliver as per defined expectations

- Evaluate the vendors and take required actions to address vendor issues

People Management

- Set expectations and give regular feedback to team

- Provide adequate support and motivate the team to deliver on the job

- Guide, coach, train and develop the team

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Candidate should have experience in Project Execution with retail Organization.

- Should have completed Retail Stores.


Salary Offered : 14-15 LPA
