KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Partnering - Align with the Head - Talent Transformation and the Corporate/Functional Heads for specific training and development needs - Drive the TNI process of the Corporate resources and prepare the calendar for self and team - Share the training calendar with team and publish to Corporate resources as per the deadlines - Drive/Implement e-learning initiatives across the Corporate - Responsible for the Corporate Management Trainee Program Identify Requirements - Identify training gaps by constantly assessing the complexity of business environment - Align with the business perspective and evolve training need analysis for the Corporate Content and Design Structure - Develop exceptionally high-quality training packs - Design content structure based on classroom or cluster training - To align and customize inputs to the business / operation that includes module development, pilot / TTT and delivery of at least 2 programs in a quarter Overall Training Coordination - Ensure effective communication and coordination of training programs - Coordinate for both internal and external training programs Delivery of Training Programs - Responsible for delivery of trainings for Corporate team - Junior Managers and Managers - Ensure that all resources are inducted into the organization within the first 10 days - Assess and evaluate the training programs delivered - Generate MIS reports pertaining to trainings delivered and feedback of the trainings - Share the feedback as per deadlines with the concepts - Ensure compliance to the budgets allocated - Consent with business to review training Stats for the function - Evaluate ROI for the key learning initiatives People Management : - Plan, organize, motivate, delegate, train, monitor and track expectations set - Ensure learning and development of the team members / internal trainers
