Lifestyle International - Learning & Development Specialist (7-10 yrs)
SUMMARY :
- To support the Corporate Talent Transformation Team in delivering the Annual Capability Development Plan by ensuring you support leaders across the organization in creating leadership capability.
- To develop/ coordinate the development of content for delivery during training programs as well as facilitating workshops in Corporate Space
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Training Delivery :
- Facilitate learning events as per calendar created by Talent Transformation for Behavioural/ leadership skills and support the TT team.
Training Content Development :
- Develop/ coordinate the development of content for delivery during training programs
- Comfortable with Instructional design / ADDIE model
- Content to include Classroom aid, trainees note, participants notes
Training Coordination :
- Coordinate both internal and external training programs for operations done at Corporate
- Act proactively as possible to minimize problems and concerns
- Make changes in formats of training calendar, feedback forms and reports as per business requirement Reports
- Gathering information for data evaluation
- Generating reports from training evaluations and additional sources
- Compile data for future reference incorporating all relevant data into weekly and monthly reports
- Analysis and send relevant information to HOD Training
- Post assessment report which includes analysis report with graphs for individual's improvement, head count and batch performance report
- Prepare and submit feedback report
- Prepare training dashboards
Analysis :
- Measure plan v/s actual of the training
- Ensure evaluation of training programs
- Analyze productivity/engagement of trainer
- Managing LMS - Learning Management System
