Role - E-commerce Product Manager
Location - Remote for Now (Bangalore/GGN)

What We Require :
Lifelong is looking for a passionate and accomplished product manager in being the voice of the customer, developing product strategies and working with engineering/marketing to achieve ambitious goals. As product manager for dropship, you will be asked to own the P&L for a critical business line within Lifelong. This is a unique role that operates at the intersection of strategy, product planning, and technology.
- Develop a clear understanding of who Lifelong's customer is, and critical pain points they have; use qualitative and quantitative methods to drive better customer understanding
- Develop a yearlong strategy to iteratively solve customer challenges with help from engineering, design, marketing, SCM and customer service
- Own the Lifelong website experience and manage the P&L; identify KPIs, create A/B testing schedule to optimize experience and test out new features
- Own the software development lifecycle including build, code review, release cycle an post-mortems
- Coordinate with marketing to increasing traffic growth; own traffic conversion on website
- Manage documentation for experiments and build processes to improve efficiency of new product launch
- Create playbook for success on own website; experiment with new programs including loyalty and beta testing
- Identify, test, validate and launch SaaS support tools to accelerate towards our vision of being able to service our customers better
- Eventually, propose and build teams to go after multi-year objectives, build training, define roles and incentives for team
- Relentlessly focus on speed of experimentation while keeping an eye out for new trends in technology and e-commerce
What You'll Need :
- Bachelor's degree with preferably an MBA
- 5+ years of experience at a high growth firm or have technology product management experience
- Experience making decisions based on data and subjective research
- Proven track record of resilience, creativity, tenacity and accountability in driving results
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to do competitor analysis and identify partners to engage with
- Experience working one one ore more analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Omniture, Clever Tap etc
