Job Description:

- Lead entire sales function on a pan India basis.

- Business Planning with Management team

- Drive & Manage Revenue Growth

- Annual Sales Budget & Sales Planning

- Sales Strategy covering Volume, Value, Channel, SKU & Pricing mix

- Plan Trade Promotion & BTL Marketing campaigns

- Suggest and implement trade schemes based on market knowledge

- Recruit and lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets

- Credit & Cost Management for Trade & Channels

- Align sales with product launches, brand establishment as well as design schemes to achieve desired target & profitability expectations of the management.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients- needs

- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
