Lifecell International - Financial Controller - Skin Care Division

Role Summary:

Responsible for all financial and controlling activities for the Skin Care division. The role includes operational finance partnership, monthly closure, reporting, compliance with tax laws, and audit handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Operation Management:

- Partner with operations for financial performance optimization.

- Analyze data to build scalable financial and business systems.

- Handle month-end close, tax compliance, and maintain financial accuracy.

- Lead financial audit preparation and ensure accurate statutory reporting.

Financial Management:

- Develop Annual Operating Plans and MIS with KPI tracking.

- Ensure timely financial reporting and compliance.

Compliance & Audit:

- Timely completion of audits and regulatory adherence.

- Enforce financial policies and maintain internal controls.

Key Metrics:

- Timeliness of Financial Closure

- AOP Accuracy

- Audit Compliance

- Internal Control Effectiveness

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA
