Role Summary:

The Business Finance Controller will be responsible for monthly MIS reporting, cash flow management, improving internal financial controls, and providing decision support through analysis. The role includes driving invoicing efficiency, optimizing working capital cycles, enhancing compliance, and contributing to strategic business planning with insights and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Timely submission and continuous improvement of monthly MIS.

- Ensure robust internal financial controls and adherence to SoDs.

- Monitor cash flow, reduce DSO/DPO, and support auto-invoicing implementation.

- Lead variance analysis against AOP, past performance, and identify deviations.

- Work with sales, supply, and operations to control margins and revenue leakage.

- Partner with business and tech teams to create KPI dashboards for client offerings.

- Assist in pricing, renewals, and strategy by providing utilization-based models.

- Implement ERM frameworks focusing on COCA and compliance risks.

- Coordinate audits and support statutory compliance efforts.
