Licious - Territory Sales Manager (3-7 yrs)
- Successfully set up the offline sales and distribution operation for the organization in the area.
- Drive the distribution expansion of the brand in offline channels (General trade & Modern Trade) across the city.
- Manage inventory and fill rates along with product freshness, by ensuring highest accuracy of demand forecast & coordination with the planning & supply chain team.
- Demand Generation - Generates PO.
- Collection of Receivables - Follows up on the receivables
- Stock Return Management: Authorize Return to Vendor (RTV)
- Scheme Management: Rollout schemes & offers in retail, if any.
- Planogram adherence: Ensure proper merchandising as per agreed planogram
- Asset management: Ensure proper usage & utilization of company assets (refrigerator/chiller)
- Trade marketing execution - Oversee sampling activities &/or other activities
