Roles & responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies and trends and employment practices
- Stakeholder management with End to end Recruitment Skill in direct, internet and networking sourcing and in conducting and facilitating job fairs and recruiting events
- Skill in the use of Microsoft Office/ Excel, recruiting and HRIS software
- Hands-on experience into various sourcing channels and Headhunting.
- Ability to be well organized, to perform under minimal supervision and to be successful in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, Potential employees, and HR
- Negotiation Skills
Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in hiring talent for Product companies across product development/Startups across.
