Responsibilities : - Own Brand Building for the Exclusive Brand Outlet Channel across the country, delivering brand health metrics &amp; new acquisitions&nbsp;for the channel. - Understand consumer needs &amp; competition in key catchment areas identified for new stores. Identify micro-marketing opportunities that will drive maximum visibility. - Plan, conceptualise, develop, &amp; execute 360 degree campaigns &amp; events as per a planned retail marketing calendar for stores across&nbsp;the various customer touchpoints. Drive relevant walk-ins that - Develop effective instore communication to cross-sell, up-sell &amp; drive average order value and repeat . - Manage marketing budgets for each store and work closely with the Retail Business &amp; Category teams to deliver ROI as per each&nbsp;store's business plan. - Put in place processes, evolve metrics &amp; monitor spends while continuously measuring success and derive data-based learnings - Work with cross-functional teams including the Retail Business &amp; Ops teams, Category, Digital Marketing and Technology teams, to&nbsp;define, drive, and launch improvements to the consumer experience.
