Licious - Regional HR Business Partner - South

Job Description: As a Regional HRBP, you will be a strategic partner to the Region Head in achieving the Region's revenue and operations targets. This will be an Individual Contributor role.

- You will also be expected to contribute to at least one company level project related to improving our processes and supporting business priorities better along with managing and initiating all people related initiatives in the region including the ones mentioned below :

- Manpower planning in line with business priorities, effective hiring, succession planning and reducing attrition.

- Talent Management by enabling Career Development, Succession Planning, and retention of top performers and effectively manage improvement in the performance of laggards.

- Manage Training of new joiners and current employees to enable employees to reach their full potential and efficiency.

- Cost Optimization of people in various roles by enabling an increase of work efficiency and regulate hiring as per business priorities.

- Ensure Compliance of the region as per labor laws and policies of the company

- Resolve employee grievances keeping in mind both the needs of the business and the employee.

- MBA with strong knowledge and experience of Industrial relation.

- Along with English, Hindi should know any regional language of south India.

- 3-4 years of experience in HRBP role for in start-ups, Supply chain or Warehouse operations.
