Licious - Manager/Senior Manager - Customer Retention/Growth Marketing/CRM - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (3-7 yrs)
- Brainstorm and Implement Growth Marketing Ideas and chase these workflows through continuous Test - Learn - Implement cycles and deliver improved results over time for Retention, Upsell/ Xsell, engagement and Referral for Licious.
- Generate Consumer insights through research, market work, analytics and build propositions through new and high impact ideas for retaining and increasing LTV of Licious customers.
- Drive initiatives to generate higher Lifetime Value through - predictive churn, next best action frameworks through creative problem solving and brilliant execution.
- Work in an environment of agile multivariate A|B testing and measurement to incubate growth marketing programs and then deliver them in a scalable and repeatable model for the overall business.
- Identify and implement Product level features/interventions to expand overall quality online traffic sources, landing page improvements/ optimizations, Improve Conversions by overall Funnel Management leading to higher sales conversion.
- Ability to segment CRM clusters by relevant attributes, and define revenue enhancement programs for each segment with clear goals and by using full stack marketing channels
Desired Experience / Background:
- 3 - 6 years of Growth Marketing experience, eCommerce experience is a plus
- You are highly analytical; you can organize, synthesize data, but also implicitly identify the larger pictures and stories that present themselves
- Able to work independently in extremely fast paced, team environment; entrepreneurial mindset.
- Out of the box thinking, able to find creative solutions
- Ability to collaborate and interact effectively - internally and with external stakeholders
- MBA from a Cat 1 B School
