JOB MISSION : This position contributes to the organization's success by ensuring the implementation of the right processes and Procedures across Licious stores and delivering the best results. This role will work towards opening new stores, P&L management and take responsibility for controlling Wastages, manpower, Utilities, and Pilferages, Growing Top line- Transactions and AOV, Execution of process and standards, execution of marketing promotions, Owning customer experience and operations performance management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following : - Owning a city/cluster growth with revenue enablement and P&L responsibilities - Custodian for all operational activities covering the supply chain from logistics to delivering the product to the customer in-store - Leading a team of and store managers and work with cross-functional teams to deliver the best customer experience - Alignment of company goals and metrics to all regional workstreams including revenue, cost, customer experience, people engagement, innovation, hiring, and training - Working with the marketing team to drive transactions and revenue growth - Responsible for leading the new store opening and expansion (all new store opening activities) - Setting priorities for the overall region and each of the stores in line with national priorities and local needs - Coordinating and supporting the regional cross-functional teams to provide the right support to stores - Evaluating, exploring, and developing areas of growth and brand footprint by partnering with surrogate brands - Planning, Business Development, and Projects. Get consensus on the right Catchment, site, and model of the store to cater to the customer needs and ensure business viability - Fostering the right work culture along through right hiring, engagement levers, training and development coupled with effective performance feedback to achieve a stable high performing team - Sensing the right customer experience through various KPIs and promptly initiating actions to enhance the overall experience for one customer at a time - Managing overall regions' financial performance with a focus on individual stores. - Improving top-line sales through consistent in-store customer experience and marketing interventions and optimizing costs tactfully to improve financial stability and improve profitability. - Support stores in executing best practices at store, course corrections and feedback through store visit observations and conducting internal walk-ins RELATIONSHIPS : Internal : - Reporting to Lead - Business Head - Liaise with Operations Excellence, Projects, Marketing and HR Team External : - Managing external stakeholder relationship including, but not limited to, - FSSAI authorities etc. - Labor Officers - Government officers, Auditors, and visitors REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS : Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : - Demonstrates immense self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm - Capability to manage group or interpersonal conflict - Time Management and organizational skills - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely - Demonstrates problem-solving capabilities for decision making Qualification Required : - MBA from a renowned institute Experience Required : - Min. 8 years of retail ops experience with 3 years of multiple stores/districts/regions handling experiences. - Exposure to F&B, QSRs, Wet Retail Operations would be preferred
