Learning and Development :

- Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs

- Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more

- Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants

- Employee engagement and Talent Management

Talent Development :

- Developing and delivering key talent programmes and supporting the execution of tailored development plans to support the overall professional growth of employees

- Coaching senior managers and staff to enhance their performance

- Liaising with business leaders to identify key development needs across different divisions

- Collaborating on strategic projects with other members of the talent team, particularly as they relate to talent, learning and organizational development processes and systems

- Supporting project resourcing decisions; working with the talent attraction team to meet workforce planning needs

- Succession-planning for key roles and projects and overseeing talent pipeline needs; helping develop skills to meet forecast gaps in talent capability

Talent Engagement :

- Consulting with employees on all people initiatives and providing daily guidance and support for employee issues that may arise

- Working with the Leadership team to implement the strategic people agenda

- Deploying a new career architecture with a focus on embedding a high-performance culture

- Enhancing employee engagement programmes supporting our values-driven culture

- Resolving complex employee relations issues and addressing grievances

- Managing exit processes with support from the HR team
