Role Description: - End to End ownership of driving on platform Events for Ready to Cook, Raw & Fresh categories by working closely with product teams on multiple projects - Manager, Events will lead the charter for strategy and execution of events - online & offline for Licious Platform - He/she will anchor all event projects from briefing to completion in collaboration with external agencies & internal stakeholders - He/she will be expected to innovate in deploying interventions to drive incremental attendance & engagement along with key business metrics for Licious Platform Key Responsibilities: - Annual strategy for large-scale and medium-scale events for existing & new Meatlovers. - Conceptualize 360 Degree Marketing On & Off Platform and execute Social media /Community engagements for the events. - Drive continuous innovations for creating best-in-industry standards across events - online & offline with key themes of Engagement, Acquisition, and Rewards & Recognition. - Create briefs to optimize budgets & costings and identify elements for the overall structure. - Responsible for end-to-end execution including designing, scheduling and driving engagement of the events in collaboration with internal stakeholders. - Measure key performance metrics for the events and benchmark against industry standards. - Obsess over meat lovers enduring motivations, cultural context, and the business landscape; leverages Platform data and trends to more deeply understand behavioral drivers of different Meatlover Consumer cohorts. - Be the Voice of the Meatlover for the Platform teams. Collect, document, and act on Meatlover feedback leading to improved Meatlover experience. - Relentless and continuous focus on identifying, pursuing, and implementing new breakthrough ideas that refresh our brand in both creative expression and value proposition for Meatlovers. Qualification: - 3+ years of experience in managing events - offline & online. - Ability to plan strategically, but stay on top of tactical execution. - Experience in consumer decision journey mapping & Understanding of identifying cohorts and segments to create relevant value propositions across event themes. - Relentlessly high standards and high attention to detail. Adapts a research based approach to problems and understands industry best practices - Customer Orientation - Puts the customer at the beginning, centre & end of every decision - Event Management, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Agency Management, Vendor Management You would be excited about the role because you would - - Cross- channel: Lead the execution of customer engagement initiatives across all channels (email, push notifications, direct mail, and in-app) - Personalization: Develop and execute advanced segmentation strategies that deliver personalized marketing programs and exceptional user experiences - Analytics: Leverage data and deep customer insights to identify and execute innovative programs that continually push Events initiatives to the next level - Experimentation: Build and maintain a test and learn roadmap and continually iterate to increase channel effectiveness - Communication: Lead the design and development of Event reporting dashboards; establish templates and processes for regularly sharing Events progress and results with key stakeholders - Automation: Identify and implement opportunities for automation to increase efficiency - Best practices/ Benchmarking: Manage agency and vendor relationships and continually seek to grow and evolve our capabilities by leveraging new third-party systems and partnerships - Lead the successful launch of Events initiatives for new products and markets Tools / Metrics (Desirable): - You have experience managing digital channels : email, push notifications, SMS, in-app - Awareness of metrics to monitor and improve these channels - You are data-driven and can identify, size and prioritize opportunities to drive higher engagement and increase lifetime value across customer segments - You have a successful track record of developing simple marketing strategies, executing, measuring, and delivering on performance targets - You are data-driven and understand how to optimize marketing programs and channels - You possess a strong understanding of consumer decision journey, have consumer empathy and are passionate about building great customer experience Responsibilities : - Formulate and execute the Events strategy to drive traffic, retargeting, repeat purchase and cross sell by working closely with the Category, Product, Tech and UX teams. - Leverage data and analytics to understand user behavior and transaction patterns - Come up with strong data backed insights towards Events strategy formulation - Suggest program tweaks (backed by data insights) to the Events constructs to manage the twin priorities of customer delight & positive unit economics. - Conceptualize Events marketing campaigns, craft messaging & build relevant workflows by segmenting the user base appropriately to identify opportunity areas in the user's lifecycle. - Effectively utilize push notifications, SMS & email campaigns to target users with relevant and personalized communication. - Develop hypotheses and execute A/B tests. - Responsible for quality assurance of all Events campaigns. - Lead the monitoring & tracking of different Events & also publish appropriate performance dashboards - Desired Profile MBA from a reputed Tier1/2 B School, consistent performance across academic and professional career. - Must have a grasp for numbers and be willing to handle large volumes of data and analysis. - Quick learner and highly action oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. - Prior experience with an e commerce player especially in category revenue management - Excellent team player with good written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage influence multiple stakeholders, good cross functional skills
