1. Set up the overall control tower framework including a. fulfilment metrics b. proactive resolution mechanisms and service levels c. leakage control 2. Design and monitor performance metrics for each node within the supply chain level 3. Drive corrective action through both supply and demand side actions to ensure delivery on performance metrics for the supply chain nodes Job Role: The role will entail working with cross organizational teams to ensure that the fulfilment function is geared to deliver on the overall goals 1. Managing a team of MIS executives working across shifts who will form the data back bone for the team 2. Working with the Procurement, production, planning and logistics team to establish clear handshakes and measurements 3. Generating predictive and proactive alerts to stakeholders on any misses, leakages and program managing till resolution 4. Building a supply demand mapping framework which will drive capacity development on ground 5. Working closely with product and tech to automate workstreams around governance and metrics 6. Plan & Project output performance metrics for the supply chain (Speed, Breach etc) 7. Develop and drive input metrics at a node level to meet design output metrics 8. Drive interventions if risks are seen to the overall performance plans to protect customer experience 9. Measure and publish GM metrics including inventory variance to the finance team 10. Coordinate closely with ground ops and provide resolutions for issues faced Skill and Competencies: 1. Postgraduate (MBA) with 3+ years of experience or graduate with 5+ years of experience from institutes of repute 2. Strong Analytics Skills, passion for data and should be proficient with Excel 3. Should have worked in cross functional teams 4. Experience of having managed teams across shifts 5. Technical skills on MySQL , data analytics and automation are a must 6. Working Knowledge of Supply Chain including metrics & measurement mechanisms
