- Drafting and review of leases/ licenses/structuring of documents; - High-level examination of certain key title documents - Employment law related advice (termination, review of offer letters etc., advice on how to handle certain tricky/critical employment-related issues) - Licensing related advice (shops and establishments act) - Drafting agreement templates - Reviewing vendor documents/agreements (housekeeping, security, IT services etc.) and putting in place templates for the same. - Handling legal negotiations with Lawyers and owners on templates. - Advisory work to sales/ marketing, and business team of the Company. - Compliance related advice, if any - for example, if there is a need to discuss compliance matters with labour consultants or any other service provider etc - Other general day-to-day corporate / commercial matters - Litigation and response to legal notices
