Licious - HR Professional - Center of Excellence - IIM/XLRI/MDI/TISS/IMT (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Overall accountability for the design & implementation of high-quality processes, and services.
- Ensure the integration of HR solutions across business units.
- Prepare, present and embed specific strategies for sourcing, Learning & development and compensation & benefits.
- Lead the development of HR service level agreements with business units.
- Provide thorough leadership and best practice HR expertise to the entire organization.
- Define annual HR strategy process cycle and dates incl performance management, Succession planning, workforce planning, annual salary reviews, etc
- Oversee the design and implementation of the organization's Strategy.
- Overall accountability for HR policies & procedures and alignment.
- Ensure adequate testing and piloting of HR solutions before roll-out.
- Ownership of change management initiatives.
