Licious- Procurement Ops Head Responsibilities : - Manage overall vendor/partner portfolio for Supplier relationship management - Ensuring 100% availability on a Pan India level (OTIF) - Active collaboration with cross functional teams such as planning and production to ensure smooth sourcing operations - Optimise receiving and payment processes. - Lead a team of City-level Managers and their affiliated team (Currently-10 members) - Manage and publish all MIS relevant to the function. - Continuous expansion of sourcing capabilities to meet ever-growing demand. - De-risk Vendor portfolio City wise - New Supplier Identification, Vendor/Partner Development - Drive Price advantage objective Liaise with the marketing team to help introduce new SKUs in the category. - Keep a close tab on industrial developments in the category.
