About The Role

Licious is looking for a data-driven CRM- Lead to scale the CRM initiatives with the goal of delivering marketing personalization at scale and driving business growth. In this role, you will create, manage, implement and optimize strategies that build customer engagement and optimize lifetime value. You will be responsible for all elements of our lifecycle marketing across channels, program execution, reporting, testing and optimization. Using a data-driven approach, you will lead the initiatives to scale and optimize world class programs that drive higher customer LTV and long term loyalty. Developing innovative strategies, you will bring personalization initiatives to life in order to increase active customer engagement, decrease churn, and re-engage inactive customers.

You would be excited about the role because you would -

- Lead the development and execution of customer engagement initiatives across all channels (email, push notifications, direct mail, and in app)

- Develop and evolve advanced segmentation strategies that deliver truly personalized marketing programs and exceptional user experiences

- Leverage analytics, data and deep customer insights to identify and execute innovative programs that continually push CRM initiatives to the next level

- Build and maintain a test and learn roadmap and work to continually iterate and optimize CRM efforts in order to increase the effectiveness of all channels

- Lead the design and development of CRM reporting dashboards; establish templates and processes for regularly sharing out CRM progress and results with key stakeholders

- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and innovation that increase the efficiency of marketing channels and enable scale while minimizing cost and overhead

- Manage agency and vendor relationships and continually seek to grow and evolve our capabilities by leveraging new third party systems and partnerships

- Lead the successful launch of CRM initiatives for new products and markets

- Hire and Manage a team of CRM executives and Managers to drive channel performance and revenue targets

You would be a great fit if -

- You have 5+ years of Marketing experience with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle, purchase habits, loyalty, personalization, and analytics

- You have experience managing all channels (email, push notifications, direct mail, and in app)

- You have experience working with multiple stakeholders(Product, Tech, Ops)

- You have experience applying a data-driven approach to identify, size and prioritize opportunities that drive increased engagement and optimized lifetime value across customer segments

- You have a successful track-record of developing marketing strategies, executing, measuring, and delivering on performance targets

- You are data-driven and understand how to optimize marketing programs to deliver upon overall company goals and metrics

- You possess a strong understanding of consumer mindset and consumer empathy and you have a dedication to great consumer experiences
