Responsibilities : Primary responsibilities will include partnering with business managers to deep dive into the growth marketing function and develop actionable insights. The vision for this role is to provide high accuracy data and insights which in turn helps in rapid decision making. To be able to generate the above insights you will have to : - Help define key business metrics and extract them to track KPIs, draw insights, and present in simplified formats for effective decision making - Write SQL, Python code to extract data from various databases, cleanse, consolidate, visualize data and create datasets; - Manage ad hoc reporting &amp; data analysis requests from the Business teams; - Generate predictive models to predict consumer behavior using markers of their historic purchase behavior; - Understand Business problems, Identify data sources and Build Reports; - Use visualization tools to present complex data structures in understandable and actionable forms - Help develop google analytics reports and insights for the traffic, merchandising, and marketing teams - The ideal candidate will be excited about using data to understand and improve the in-stock and pricing experience for our customers. They will be curious and comfortable digging deep into data and able to summarize their findings for management consumption. Requirements : You are highly analytical; you can organize, synthesize data, but also implicitly identify the larger pictures and stories that present themselves : - 2 -4 years of relevant experience in a business analyst/data analyst / statistical analysis role - Strong knowledge of SQL and of scripting languages (Python, R) - Prior experience using Big Query and Google Analytics is a must - Able to work independently in an extremely fast-paced, team environment; entrepreneurial mindset. - Basic understanding of data modeling techniques recommendation and predictive analytics - We are looking for hustlers in the Analytics team who know how to get the job done Qualifications : - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Math, Finance - Prior experience of working on Analytics in e-commerce set up is a plus About Licious : - Licious is a meat and seafood company headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
