Responsibilities : - Successfully set up the offline sales and distribution operation for the organization in the area. - Drive the distribution expansion of the brand in offline channels (General trade & Modern Trade) across chosen geography. - Drive revenue growth in terms of Net sales Value (NSV), monitor the sales on day to day basis - Manage inventory and fill rates along with product freshness, by ensuring highest accuracy of demand forecast & coordination with planning & supply chain team. - Execute visibility programs developed by marketing to generate demand across channels. - Induct, train, develop & motivate team of sales executives & salesman to a desired level of consistent performance. - Collate data & prepare reports to track various parameters E.G.
