Duties and Responsibilities:

- Business Development (category and licensee management)

- Grow the existing category potential by working closely with licensees

- Identify and develop untapped categories. Create compelling pitch decks

- Financial Forecasting/Reporting and Contract Management

- Ensuring all relevant forms/paperwork is completed before submitting

- Work closely with the regional team on sharing best practices and leveraging the category insights to locally implement.

- Identify new product development opportunities.

- Collaborates with licensees to resolve product development and performance issues

Requirement:

Education: MBA/PG in Marketing

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years Business Development role

- Knowledge of FMCG industry

- Knowledge of Indian retail environment with particular reference to licensing industry.

- Marketing execution experience.

- Sound planning, presentation and analytical skills.

Personal Attributes Required:

- Well organized, able to prioritize effectively to achieve business deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail, follows tasks through to completion.
