- Build & Maintain a Payroll and Headcount Data Consolidation, Reporting and Analytics framework \ function for the Entire Liberty Group i.e. 35000 Plus Employees spread across the Globe
- Engage with Regional stakeholders on a continual basis to evaluate changing dynamics, laws etc
- Reporting, Analyzing Data to draw actionable insights.
- Calculating Commissions, Accruals for Bonuses, Social Security, Pensions etc.
- Reporting on Actuals, Preparing Monthly Forecasts, Budgets, Variance Analysis.
- Build HR Analytics for the group including but not limited to performance and skillset management, Surveys and Ideation etc.
- Leverage Tools like Power Bi for Data Visualization and representation.
- Be a force to support HR Data Integration for New Acquisitions.
