Liaison Head - Real Estate Firm (8-20 yrs)
We have a great opportunity with a leading real estate organization!
Location: Delhi NCR
Education: Any Graduate
Working Experience: Must have 7-20 years of experience in liaisoning department for Noida and UP region for residential/real estate projects.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Feasibility Study before the deal is signed
2. Ensure that the feasibility study is conducted in terms of optimum FSI exploitation & necessary statutory approvals.
3. Coordinate with Business Development and support decision making through above inputs.
4. Coordination and relationship management with liaison architect
5. Shortlist liaison architects basis past performance and project requirements
6. Negotiate terms and conditions and important aspects such as timelines and payment with the liaison architect
7. Frame relevant clauses and strike an agreement with the liaison architect
8. Ensure timely certification of the bills and payments of liaison architect
9. Budgeting and planning for approvals and certificates
10. Prepare budget before project commencement for the process of obtaining all necessary approvals
11. Provide inputs related to approvals budget to costing and budgeting team to incorporate the same in project budget
12. Prepare plan before project commencement for the process for obtaining all necessary approvals
13. Ensuring all necessary approvals and certificates are obtained in a timely manner
14. Monitor adherence to budget and plan for obtaining approvals.
15. Maintain all necessary information required for obtaining approvals
16. Coordinate with liaison architect to ensure that the plans for municipal and other approvals are delivered in a timely manner
17. Liaison with Regulatory bodies
18. Liaison with regulatory bodies for updates on new developments, requirements, proposals etc which may be useful for projects and proposals
19. Organize and coordinate the site visits of government officials.
20. Certify payments to regulatory authorities and agencies
21. Update management and JV partners regularly on various approvals and timelines for all the projects in his region
22. Maintain project history related to approvals and liaison activities
23. Update management on the recent developments in building norms, new regulations etc

- Networking at UD/Mantralaya
- Knowledge of Land Acquisition
