Liability Claims Role - General Insurance Firm (10-15 yrs)
We are have an opening for a Leading General Insurance company.
Key Roles &Responsibilities:
- Registration and reserving of Liability claims
- Determination of Coverage and quantum assessment as per the terms and conditions of the policy
- Experience in dealing with the broker, agents, reinsurers ,surveyors, investigators and forensic consultants
- Should be aware of the terms of the products/policies such as Directors & Officers Liability policy ,Tech Error & Commission policy, Employment Practices Liability, Product Liability, Public Liability, Commercial General Liability policy, Workmen Compensation policy etc
- Good drafting skills and understanding of legal arena
- Good knowledge in Microsoft office including excel
- People skill and ability to manage team of claims managers
Key Requirements Education & Certificates
- Law background
- AIII / F III
Key Requirements - Experience &Skills:
- Experience of about 10-15 yrs in liability claim from an Insurance Company or law firm (prefer a lawyer)
