OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

Labor Planning :

- Planning of associates with respect to forecast

- Ensuring minimum headcount utilization with maximum productivity

Production Planning :

- Ensuring of production within given KPI timelines

- Maximum productivity with minimum headcount and up to the mark quality

Productivity Improvement :

- To drive creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Change/Six Sigma initiatives to enable their Functional Area and ultimately the FC to meet and exceed Business Plan

Data Analysis & Process Improvement :

- Ensuring data sanctify

- Analyzing & improvising daily reports & formats

- Making comprehensive trackers for reporting performance of each department

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT :

Labour Cost Management

- Optimization of labor cost against revenue with maximum productivity

Zero Idle Time

- Ensuring zero idle time in DC in every department with optimized labor and staff

QUALITY MANAGEMENT :

Continuous Improvement (KAIZEN)

- To determine corrective actions internally and externally

- Communicate standard work changes and drive compliance

- Execute vision and goals for DM team/s
