Responsibilities - 

- Develop a marketing, brand & communication strategy for the organization

- Oversee the implementation of the marketing, brand & communication strategy

- Develop for approval & manage an annual Marketing Promotions, PR & Digital budget for the organization.

- Oversee the creation & management of a calendar of product launch campaigns & events for new and existing products or services.

- Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team.

- Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.

- Create a communications strategy, develop a suite of communication tools supported by the tech team to effectively communicate with the customers.

- Manage and refine the organization's digital & social media presence.

- Report on the effectiveness of each marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs.

- Sanitize the existing database & create a strategy for optimal conversion of the database & MIS for acquisition & to drive sales.

- As part of the senior management team, ensure growth in brand equity & brand presence in the market.

- With other senior executives, identify new business opportunities.

- Conduct ongoing market research studies to enhance sales, brand presence & acquisition of customers.

- Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of marketing assets & promotional materials & manage the agency relationship.

Qualifications

- Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director or other senior role for at least 5 to 7 years with an overall 15 years in marketing

- Strong Leadership Skills

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Strong analytical and project management skills

- MBA in Marketing/International Business or relevant field
