Responsibilities - Responsible for PMS Lifecycle nationwide, drive and manage the development and implementation of the complete Performance Management System process - Partner closely with key business stakeholders in performance reviews. - Design KRAs and KPIs of all levels. - Generates PM reports and reviews reports generated by reporting team for identified processes ensuring high accuracy and quality. - Updates and reviews trackers and lists managed by the PM team. - Being the owner maintains PM data and ensures it is accurate and corrected. - Reviews data output for risks and escalates issues as needed. - Discusses areas of improvement with PM Specialist and seeks out professional development opportunities to close potential gaps. - Advice other PM Analysts as needed on the PM processes and shares best practices to improve the process and gain efficiencies. - Employee relations contact to assist employees and managers in resolving issues and grievances. - Responsible for the employee communication and the engagement survey. - Assess employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions - Ensure data accuracy within HR systems. - Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees. - Responsible for standardizing and implementing new hire orientation process across locations - New HR Initiatives. - Planning and executing HR intersession with employees across locations - Will be responsible for implementing reward and recognition program across locations Qualifications - 5+ years of HR experience in a fast paced environment. - PM Analyst must be a detail oriented and an analytical thinker capable of producing high-quality deliverables leveraging PM data. - Good in generating reports, interprets data, and identifies trends and performance insights. - Communicates clearly. - Thinks strategically and effectively, prioritizing tasks. - Exhibits flexibility and learning agility. - Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills. - Manages rosters and lists on a continuous basis. - Identifies and resolves issues effectively-knows when to escalate issues to Specialist and Managers as appropriate. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is a must.
