Job Responsibilities: - Manage day to day business operations of the Company including Core Business Teams, distribution network, internal relationships with different business owners and other internal stakeholders. - Working with dealer distributor network of the company & assist them to promote companies- product and own the escalation matrix for PAN India dealer distributor / sales network as well as for vendor reconciliation ledgers and invoicing. - Connecting field formations/sales organizations of the Company to core & support Business Functions. - Supporting Business Owners for smooth running of day to day operations of their business verticals. - Planning & executing Core Business Functionalities and processes across Business Units present on the platform. - Onboarding & preparing processes for new business verticals insuring successful new product launch in terms of both distribution and volume and working closely with Business & Technology Teams for the same. - Modelling and evaluating the appropriate strategy to enter new markets - Identifying and networking with distributors for deeper market penetration. - Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes Qualification: - 12+ Yrs of Experience of managing distribution network preferably from FMCG Industry. - Desirable to have exposure to Digital payments company or Digital payment platform or managing Branch banking for Financial Services Company
