Job Profile -&nbsp; This position will lead our talent engagement initiatives through hosting creative engagement &amp; managing organization development programs. As the Engagement Specialist you will be responsible for contributing to and delivering LexInnova's Employee Engagement strategy across the business to maximize levels of employee engagement and development. Responsibilities: - Responsible to launch monthly employee engagement programs. - Establish excellent relationships with all stakeholders, be it the engagement community, HR teams, participants, etc. - Responsible to present the annual engagement strategy for LexInnova. - Ensure delivery of engagement program as per the annual event calendar. This involves sending invitations, taking nominations, gathering talent, publishing and collecting feedback. - Deliver high standards of the Aspire experience on ground: activities, venues, overall packaging. - Maintain the OD database and create dashboards. - You will partner with line managers to understand and meet the employee engagement needs of differing business areas. - Analyze and recognize patterns in employee data (i. e. metrics such as employee survey results and turnover etc.) to shape engagement activities, drive action through the line, maximize impact and evaluate success. - Responsible for communications and collaterals - basics like e-newsletters, mailers, posters. - Engages and retains employees, and will use this to shape engagement activities. - Need to keep abreast of industry best practice and innovations to continually evolve and implement in the organization's engagement activities as appropriate. - Responsible for managing employee contact program and collate responses and develop action plan for improvement. - To work with the Group HR Head to improve the overall employee experience with working lifecycle in the organization. - Build a culture of appreciation and motivate employees through the initiation and implementation of various reward and recognition initiatives - Maintain employee happiness by catering to and addressing employee queries and grievances. - Conduct bench-marking exercises periodically for the organization to compare company practices with that of other organizations within and outside the industry. - Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; coaching and counseling managers and employees - Handles employee relations investigations and counseling. Implements employee retention initiatives - Collaborate in the creation of organizational development strategies focusing on leadership, team building and employee engagement. As well as serve as project point person on specific segments of employee engagement and communications programs, including contests, monthly calendars, newsletters, etc. - Measure impact of engagement programs against core performance metrics. - Work collaboratively with HR to design and deploy engagement surveys, focus groups and organizational assessments. - Establish and drive employee feedback and communication through multiple channels to strengthen connections. - Develop and deliver executive-level presentations as well as compelling content to publicize and gain support for programs. Qualifications; - 8+ years of strong experience in employee relations and employee engagement background. - Exposure and understanding of the most current engagement tools and strategies - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and show resilience in a fast-paced, complex environment - Skilled in mentoring, developing, and motivating teams - Exhibit a high degree of ownership required to succeed in a high growth organization. - Effectively articulate business value through multiple ways of communication - MBA in Human Resource - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Highly numerical with problem solving and analytical capability.
