Responsibilities
C&B Survey Participation, Benchmarking & Salary Structure Development
- Responsible for timely submission of compensation & benefits surveys
- Support and guide Country HR teams ensure consistency in job level mapping and accurate interpretation of data requirements for survey submissions.
- Support annual salary structure development work across AMA.
- Ensure data is obtained in time, provide thoughtful analysis, and document approach and rationale applied.
- Manage the review with AMA Rewards Manager and support communication with Cluster HRBPs.
Annual Performance Review (APR)
- Provide regional input during merit budget planning
- Support execution of APR Compensation cycle including data audits and validation, reporting, UAT for tool enhancements, and support HR/Managers' queries during the process.
- Observe and suggest areas to improve
Compensation Program Review
- Stay current on market trends and assist in review of country allowances, store salary ranges, and sales/retail incentives.
Benefits & Wellbeing
- Evaluate existing benefits programs and recommend appropriate changes to align with market and evolving needs of employees and business
- Manage annual insurance renewal process, timeline and deliverables between the broker/insurer and Country HR teams
- Gather adequate information to support the review and proposal e.g. Understanding country nuances, market benchmark, rationale for changes, costing methodology.
- Facilitate Country HR teams in developing wellness programs, ensure local relevance and leverage global resources
- Manage reviews with AMA Rewards Manager and country HR Manager.
Other
- Participate in global projects on Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, HR Ops, etc., and represent AMA in rolling out global initiatives
- Work with Global Mobility and local HR for AMA inbound/outbound international assignees and cross-country transfers
- Assist AMA Rewards Manager on data collection and reporting
- Maintain AMA Rewards Teams site
- Workday compensation partner support
- Any other projects assigned by Rewards Manager
Education, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources/Business Administration preferred
- Global Remuneration Profession (GRP) certification preferred.
- At least 5 years of compensation and benefits hands-on experience preferably with experience in Asia Pacific markets.
- Good cross-functional interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage in a matrix organization
