We are looking for a Project Coordinator to handle the implementation of in-house customization projects and. The candidate should also support other key projects in the IT Capital Market domain

Responsibilities

- Contribute/plan/run all phases of the project lifecycle

- End-to-End project implementation

- Coordinate with internal teams

- Adapt and follow the BSF PMO policies and procedures

- Prepare project documents (KOM, PIA, etc)

- Gathering specification requirements

- Prepare and present project presentations

- Prepare & distribute periodic status reports to stakeholders

- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management

- Stakeholder Management

- Support other key regulatory projects of IT Capital Market

- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers

Requirements

- Degree from an accredited university

- Minimum of 10+ years of work experience

- Past experience of handling Treasury Products implementation projects

- Past experience in end-to-end implementation of Finance/Treasury Systems.

- Excellent communication skills

- Knowledge of K+TP accounting Implementation

- Knowledge on Kondor Risk Modules is added value

- Expertise with Finastra products and implementation

- Past experience in IT development

- Knowledge in Unix commands, SQL, Oracle Database is added value

- Past experience in IT development is an added value

- Knowledge of project management tool JIRA is added value
