Over the last 5 years, LV has built India's premier platform to organize the early stage startup funding market. The LetsVenture platform has enabled 170 early stage fundraises led by Marquee Angel Investors and micro-VCs. We are now launching - LetsGrow- - a private secure platform to enable growth stage fundraises (Series A, B) for high potential companies. We are looking to onboard talent to analyse companies seeking to raise capital on the LetsGrow platform, and work with the founders until successful closure of their fundraise. Key responsibilities include: - Articulate the curation criteria for companies to raise capital on LetsGrow - Continuously monitor the market conditions, and iterate the curation criteria across sectors - Liaison with the LetsVenture portfolio success team to provide the analysis of the companies, and onboard companies which are ready to the LetsGrow platform - Manage communication & updates from LG platform to the companies seeking funding - Curate companies for - LG Office Hours- - interactive sessions at the LV office for VCs to meet with growth stage founders and provide feedback - Liaison with the Legal, Due-Diligence teams to ensure smooth transition into the deal closure phase - Provide inputs to the product teams to enhance the customer experience on the platform - Represent LetsGrow at conferences as needed Prior experience in Venture Capital, Tier-1 Investment Banks, or as a founder of a VC funded startup would be highly preferred.
