Role : Compliance Associate - LetsVenture Early Stage Responsibilities Assumed : 1. Assisting in analysis of legal and financial due diligence reports of startups 2. Program management for due diligence, company secretarial and overall compliance matters for fundraising startups 3. Review of company secretarial documents, financial reports and compliance-related filings and documents of startups 4. Review of documentation for venture capital deals Position Requirements: 1. Graduate with a CS qualification (preferred) or similar. 2. Finance background and sound knowledge of financial statements, cap tables and books of accounts required. 3. 1-2 years experience 4. Proficient in word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet operations is essential. 5. Basic understanding of private equity investments and working of private limited companies preferred.
