LetsVenture Online Pte. Ltd. is an online platform that enables startups to fundraise. We are a growing Series-A funded technology company. We are looking to hire for a mid level position in the legal and compliance team at LetsVenture in its Bangalore office. Role Summary: 1. Assisting in analysis of legal and financial due diligence reports of startups 2. Program management for due diligence, company secretarial and overall compliance matters for fundraising startups 3. Review of company secretarial documents, financial reports and compliance-related filings and documents of startups 4. Review of documentation for private equity deals Position Requirements: 1. Graduate with a CS qualification (preferred) or similar 2. Finance background and sound knowledge of financial statements, cap tables and books of accounts required 3. 2-4 years prior qualified work experience 4. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet operations is essential 5. Basic understanding of private equity investments and working of private limited companies preferred Capabilities Required for the role: 1.
